Menuology Private Label™
Your system. Your data. Your menus, exactly as they are.
Private Label is how established groups run Menuology: a system of their own, built around how they operate, shared with nobody.
What that means
Four things you get that an account on a shared platform can’t give you.
Your own system, and nobody else in it
A Private Label client gets a system of their own — not an account inside software shared with other companies. Your menus, your prices and your people are yours alone. When your security team asks how your information is kept separate from everyone else's, the answer is that it was never in the same place to begin with.
Your templates, rebuilt exactly
Your existing menu designs are reproduced faithfully — the same typography, the same spacing, the same rules in the same places. Your printed menu should not change appearance just because you changed software.
Migration without a flag day
Your existing process and Menuology run side by side, and we reconcile the output menu by menu and location by location until they match. Nothing is switched off until there is nothing left to reconcile — which is why nobody's first print run has been an experiment.
Features built for you
Private Label clients get capabilities and reports built around how they actually operate, scoped as part of the engagement and switched on for them and nobody else. What is built for you is kept current as the software moves forward.
What a Private Label engagement includes
The software is the easy part.
Every group we have taken on arrived with menus already in production and a team already busy. The work is moving that reality without breaking it.
- A dedicated system
- Your own system and your own data at an address of your own, on menuology.com or a domain you bring, carrying your brand from the sign-in screen onward.
- Template construction
- Your menu designs rebuilt as templates and proofed against your existing printed menus until the difference is not visible.
- Data migration
- Items, prices, modifiers, locations, users, and publishing history brought across from wherever they live now — verbatim, not normalized.
- Parallel running
- Your existing system and Menuology both live, reconciled menu by menu, until the new one reproduces the old one.
- Field guides for your teams
- Illustrated training material for your administrators and your store users, built around your own system and kept current as the software changes.
- Capabilities built for you
- The reports and features specific to how you operate, scoped with you as part of the engagement, built for you, and switched on in your system.
On isolation
“Your own system” means what it sounds like.
Most software keeps every customer together and relies on being careful about who sees what. That is fine until the day somebody isn’t careful.
Private Label doesn’t work that way. Your system and your data are yours alone. When a security review asks how another company’s information is kept away from yours, the answer is that it was never anywhere near it.
What you don’t give up in exchange is progress. Your system is kept current as Menuology moves forward, so you are never the client left behind on an old version because yours was set up differently.
Is Private Label right for you?
Private Label suits groups running multiple locations with a menu design standard worth protecting and a print process worth fixing. If you’re a single restaurant or a small independent operation, tell us anyway — Menuology Studio is being built for you, and we’d like to know what you need from it.
Let’s look at your menus.
Tell us what you print today and how it gets made. We’ll tell you honestly what moving to Menuology would involve — including if the answer is that you’re not a fit.
