What these terms cover

This website is operated by Menuology LLC (“Menuology”, “we”, “us”). By using it you accept these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.

If you are a Menuology client, your use of the software and the services we provide is governed by the written agreement between us — not by this page. Where the two differ, that agreement controls.

The information here is descriptive, not a promise

We describe what the product does as accurately as we can, and we flag things that are planned rather than shipped. Even so, nothing on this website is a warranty, a specification, or a contractual commitment. What we commit to delivering is what appears in a signed agreement.

Prices, capabilities, and availability can change. We may update or remove anything on this site at any time.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, and code on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may read it, share links to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, present it as your own, or use it to train a competing product’s marketing.

“Menuology” and our logo are our trademarks. Any other brand, product, or company name that appears here belongs to its owner.

What you send us

If you contact us through this site, you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you may share them. Please don’t send us confidential information, personal data belonging to other people, or anything covered by an agreement with a third party through an enquiry form — wait until we have the right arrangements in place.

What we do with an enquiry is set out on our privacy page.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it or to anything connected to it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or submit anything unlawful through its forms.

Third-party links and services

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for that site’s content or practices. Our contact form is delivered by a third-party relay, identified on the privacy page.

No warranty, and limits on liability

This website is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, and to the fullest extent the law allows we exclude implied warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
